About Koh Jie Kai
Jie Kai trained in the corporate, finance litigation and real estate departments at the London office of one the world’s largest international law firms before he was admitted as a solicitor in England. After being called to the Singapore bar, Jie Kai served as a Litigation Associate at one of Singapore’s largest law firms, following which he worked as an in-house legal counsel and corporate secretary in the aviation, information technology and healthcare industries.
Because of his training and the breadth of his exposure, Jie Kai brings much commercial awareness to the table. Jie Kai regularly advises on company incorporation, corporate governance, licensing and regulatory compliance issues and business financing. He has had experience drafting various commercial contracts including shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and employment agreements.
